He was born on January 29, 1962 in Fairfield to the late Michael Leson, Jr and Barbara Leson.
Alan worked most of his life as a carpenter in and around Fairfield County. He was an avid mountain and rock climber and loved to garden. He grew the best tomatoes in Fairfield. Alan also enjoyed boating and spent many happy weekends on Long Island Sound with friends.
He is survived by his mother Barbara Leson, two brothers Lawrence Leson and James Leson and his wife Linda, and his neice Lena and nephew Charlie.
A private memorial service and reception are planned.
