Frances Rega

REGA- Frances Surace Rega age 82, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 16, 2010, at home with her devoted family by her side. She is preceeded in death by her beloved husband Paul Rega, sister Antoinette Adams and brothers, James and Joseph Surace. She is survived by her sister Tomasina Merando, and brother John Surace. She also has 3 children, Kimberly Drosos (John) of Monroe, Glen Rega (Barbara), of Trumbull, and Paul Rega Jr. (Christine) of Newtown, PA. Her grandchildren, Danielle Rega, DeAnna Rega, Michelle Rega, Adam Rega, Jonathan Drosos, and Alex Drosos were the pride of her life. Fran was a retiree from Remington Products and her hobbies included tag saling, gardening, and going to the casino. She was the strongest link in her family’s lives that will never be forgotten. Her strong sense of independence and strength will be with us forever. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday December 20th at 10:00 AM in St. Jude Roman Catholic Church 707 Monroe Turnpike Monroe. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Daniels Farm Road Trumbull. Friends and family are invited to call on Sunday, December 19th from 2pm to 6pm at the Spadaccino and Leo P.
