He was born in the city of Norwalk, CT. He was the son of Harold and Jeanette Post. He graduated from Norwalk Technical College and proudly owned his own business, Post Industries, where he serviced restaurants and businesses all across Connecticut.
He was a member of Monroe Congregational Church and a former Mason at Washington Lodge number 19. He spent many summers fishing and many nights searching for pieces of his families history. Filling his home with paintings and artifacts of all kinds. His humor was unmatched and so was his smile. He was a friend to all.
He is survived by his wife Laurel, and children Sarah, Samantha, and Joshua. Along with his siblings Laurie and Lee and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Sunday, February 16th, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm, at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468. Memorial services to be held on Monday, February 17th, 2025 at 11am at Monroe Congregational Church, 34 Church St, Monroe, CT 06468.
