Mitri D. Mitri, longtime resident of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on 12/31/20 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. He was 90.

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, he was the son of Damian and Katrina Mitri. He was a director at Laziza Beer company in Beirut, Lebanon.

He was a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. He will be remembered for his gentle, sweet, and loving demeanor. His endless love, unwavering dedication, and kind heartedness was felt by everyone he knew.

He is survived by his son Antoine Mitri and wife Mona Mitri, his daughter Mirna Mitri, his daughter Carole Ghazal and her husband Elie Ghazal. His grandchildren Jeanette and Lauren Marini, Anthony Mitri and Nicholas and Katrina Ghazal will miss him dearly.

He was predeceased by his wife Jeanette Mitri.

Friends are invited to calling hours Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 3 to 7, at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468. Due to Covid restrictions, a private funeral service for immediate family will be celebrated on Monday January 4th.
