Candice “Candi” Marie Chambard
Candi, beloved daughter and sister, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2012.
She was born December 20, 1971 in Monroe, WA. She went through the Monroe school system, graduating in 1990. She loved animals, especially her two dogs Bella and Abbie.
Candi was preceded in death by her father, Harold Chambard, grandfather Harold Johnson.
She leaves behind her Mother, Judy; brother, Scott (Michelle); grandmother, Jeanette Johnson;
Aunt, Laurie (Marv) Flickner; uncles; Larry (Barbara) Brown & Ed Chambard.
The family wishes a special thank you to the medics, the staff at Life Center and the many health care providers at the new Providence Hospital in Everett. They were all wonderful.
Memorial may be made in her honor, to the Seattle Humane Society or any other selection that would benefit animals.
