In early 1943 the family moved to the Everett area. James went to work for the Great Northern Railroad.
Duane is survived by his wife of 48 years Merrily, 4 sons; “Tige”, Carl & wife Janet, Eric & wife Darla, & Joe & wife Melissa, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also several foster sons & daughters.
Duane passed away May 6, 2011 after a long illness.
A Memorial Service to be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 12:00 at Purdy & Kerr w/Dawson Funeral Home in Monroe, WA.
