Dawn grew up in Pearland, Texas and graduated from Pearland High School. She worked at NASA Johnson Space Center working in space medical and crew systems. She moved to the Sky Valley in 1992, working for Space Labs Medical. On October 23, 2011, Dawn lost her 15 year battle with Lupus.
Dawn is preceded in death by her brother Billy Teasdale. Dawn is survived by her husband of 17 years, Daniel Thomas, by her parents William and Kay Teasdale, and by her sister Terre Manning. She was a loving mother of 4 to David Leon, Angela Lynn, Amber Dawn, and Samuel Brooks.
Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 28th at 2PM at Purdy and Kerr with Dawson Funeral Home, Monroe, Wa.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Dawn’s remembrance may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
