Samantha (Sammy) Rae Just, born December 14, 1994 in Seattle, WA, departed this life suddenly on March 11, 2021 in Everett, WA. She was 26. Sammy grew up in Machias WA where her love for the outdoors began. She graduated from Lake Stevens High School, Class of 2013. After high school she pursued dental assisting but ultimately went back to teaching preschool which was what she loved most. She liked camping, sprint cars, flowers, gardening and Christmas. She had a strong love for her Fiancé Shane, her family, and her dog Tilly. Shane and Sammy met in 2010 at Skagit speedway and were planned to exchange vows on March 20th 2021. Sammy’s memory will be forever remembered and cherished by her Fiancé Shane Broers, parents Steve and Kristi Just, brother Nicolas (Megan) Just, sister Stephanie Just (Hunter Gracey), grandparents Carol Neigum and Kim and Vanda Just, niece Ellye, nephews Logan and Bennett. She was preceded in passing by her grandfather Alexander Neigum in 2017 and uncle Tim Custer in 2019. A memorial service celebrating Sammy’s life will be held this summer.
