Alejandro Ramos was born on November 14, 1990 and passed away on December 28, 2019. He was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in El Monte, California. He graduated from Arroyo High School. Alex began working at the young age of 14 years old. He worked to help support his family. His first job was at Our Savior Center. There he mentored young children. Shortly after, he began working at Little Cesar’s. He stayed there for 10 years. During the last 5 years of his life, he started his career at Southeast Construction Products. He started out as a Yardman but quickly moved his way up to an Outside Sales position. All of Alex’s clients loved working with him.
Alex had so much respect for his dad. He loved when his dad would joke around with him. His favorite person in the world was his mom. She meant everything to him. His favorite thing to eat was his mom’s al pastor tacos with rice. He loved rice! Alex would also wrestle with his older brother Gilbert. They broke a bed or two. Alex was most proud of his brother Omar. He was always bragging to people about how smart Omar is. In his spare time, Alex like hanging out with his brother Tony and best friends Kevin and Danny. His favorite thing to do with them was get coffee or Boba. Another hobby Alex had was watching movies. He would spend hours watching movies with his family, especially his sister Fatima. His dog Nova waited for him to get home every day. She was always happy to see him. He also loved spending time with his cousins. They often took trips to Atoyac, Jalisco for the fiestas and to visit his family. He loved to go to family parties and sing his favorite song “Hermoso Carino” with his godfather Victor. Alex also spent time with his girlfriend Janelle and her family. They often spent weekends at her sister house. He is known for his good sense of humor. He always had a way of making people laugh; it was contagious. He was able to make the people around him feel safe.
The most important thing in his life was his family. They meant everything to them. He is survived by his parents Ana and Gilberto Ramos, his brothers Gilbert, Omar, and Tony, his sister Fatima, his dog Nova, grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins, godchildren, friends, and his girlfriend Janelle. His memory will live on through them. He was so loved!
