Nancy Hammond Clemens, age 94, of Bradbury, California passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
A graveside service for Nancy will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016.
