Nathan Craig left us to be with the Lord on July 4th, 2021, at 44 years old. He
was born in Evansville, Indiana, to the parents LaDonna Towler and Erwin
Craig.
In 1984, Nathan, his mother and younger brother, Marcus, relocated to
Alhambra, California. The family joined First A.M.E Church in Pasadena. On
February 10, 1985, Nathan was baptized under the leadership of Rev. Warren
Campbell.
As a child, Nathan enjoyed the warm California weather, especially swimming
and playing baseball on the Alhambra Little League team. At the age of ten, he
won an award for the most home runs in a season. The opposite teams all knew
when Nathan stepped on the plate, there was no stopping him to home base.
Nathan graduated from Alhambra High School in 1995. He continued to play
sports and excelled on the high school track team. He attended WyoTech
Technical School, graduating in 2010 as a certified Electrician. He loved
working as an electrician and he was hired by several construction companies.
Nathan later moved to Sacramento California and started his own business
named Craig’s Electrical.
Nathan always demonstrated a friendly nature by helping friends and family. His
greatest assets were his openness to others and willingness to accept people. The
love for his two sons was greatly shown and he never missed a chance to brag
about them growing up. Nathan will be missed by everyone that knew him.
