Barbara Ann “Bobby” Hedgepath, age 77, passed away on May 25, 2014 at her residence in Billingsley, AL. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Hedgepath of Montevallo, and Sheena Hedgepath (Jonathan) Hayes, of Billingsley, and her brother Billy Ray Compton of Montevallo. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hedgepath was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, George William Hedgepath; her daughter, Sonia Ann Hedgepath; her son, William David Hedgepath; and her parents, R. V. Compton and Medie Horton Compton and 3 brothers and 1 sister. Visitation for Mrs. Hedgepath will be on Friday, May 30, 2014, from 1 – 2 at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo. Her funeral service is at 2 PM with burial to follow in Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera, AL. Services will be officiated by Bro. Bill Trawick.
