He is survived by his son, Jay McBurnett (Kelly); grandsons, Ty McBurnett (Cassie) and Reid McBurnett (Sarah); and his great-grandchildren, Carter Davis and Rylie Ann McBurnett.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Annie McBurnett; son, Todd McBurnett; sister, Annette Sullivan; and his mother, Helen Burgin.
A graveside service for Jack will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Montevallo Cemetery, Co Rd 73, Montevallo, Alabama 35115. Brother Tom Hammett officiating.
