Larry Allen Reid, 78 of Montevallo, passed away on March 26, 2023. Larry retired from the Shelby County Board of Education and was a member of Enon Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mrs. Glenda Lucas Reid; daughter, Teresa Reid and child Aleeyah Crowson; son, Allen (Leah) Reid; grandchildren, Scott (Rachel) James, Shawn (Alona) James, Robbie (Amber) Nolen, Brian (Melissa) Nolen, Nick (Nicole) Nolen, Kandi Taylor, Michael (Nicole) Reid, Ashley Reid and Quan Smith; 17 Great-Grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Enon Baptist Church on Thursday, March 30, 2023 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 2:00pm. Graveside Services will start at 2:00p pm at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.
