Michael Earl Snipes, age 60, of Jemison, passed away July 6, 2014. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator at Vulcan Materials for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, James L. and Lillian Snipes, nephew, Justin Aaron Snipes and great-niece, Daisy Ann Stano. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Ray Snipes; daughters, Tanya Michelle Tolbert (Kelvin) of Jemison, AL and Misty Nichole Smith (Dash) of Shelby, AL; stepsons, Bobby Beane (Sherry) of Wilsonville, AL and Donnie Beane (Christy) of Montevallo, AL; grandchildren, Keith, Austin & Nicholas Tolbert, Austin, Shyanne, Logan & Dalton Beane, and Clayton & Jasmine Beane; brothers, Roger Dale Snipes of Brilliant, AL, Douglas Snipes (Tina) of Calera, AL and Barry Snipes of Calera, AL; sister, Terri Stano (Alan) of Montevallo, AL; and oodles of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and –nephews, and great-great-nieces and –nephews.
