Myra Jean England, age 68, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Helena and a member of First Baptist Church Helena since her childhood. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hershell Rudolph England and Vera Genry England, two brothers-in-law, Benny Blake Hicks and Craig “Zoom” Bonnell as well as a beloved nephew, Daniel Alan Hicks. She is survived by three sisters, Linda Hicks, Lanis Booth (Ronnie) and Rita Bonnell as well as three nieces, two nephews and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 12, at Ryan Cemetery in Montevallo. In lieu of flowers please make donations to First Baptist Church Helena, Christian Life Center fund.
