I am sad to hear of the passing of my friend and coworker. Lois was a unique person who gave love and joy to many. Her light will continue to shine forever.

Lois a woman who appreciated the blessings of life. Our weekly phone calls were filled with shared college laughter, reflections on growing older, becoming wiser and our deep faith that gave God the glory.
Lois lived a life of courage, grace and knowledge that her kindness would never go unnoticed in the eyes of the Lord. Thank you for being a role model to many.
It's said that life is a vapor,but the memories we shared will keep a smile on my face.

To Wilbert and family, we extend our deepest sympathy . Lois  has been a wonderful  Sister in Christ and a very good friend.  We shared a lot, especially the  love she had for her grandsons. May they always remember their grandmother loved them dearly.  Lois loved her whole family and knew she could depend on you (Wilbert). Our love and prayers are with you. Take care of one another.      Lois, rest in peace.

A message to my cousin ❤️. I enjoyed all of our long conversations that we had together during the illness of my uncle. We would often visit with him at the same time but we ended up taking the time to catch up on each other while we met. Lois was a wonderful caring person. She was a quiet person as well. She would treat us with respect and we did the same for her. To the family, we pray that God will comfort and carry you through this difficult time. Rest well 💜 cousin, a job well done. We love you all.

Lois was such a beautiful shining light from inside outward. She loved her family dearly also  her friends. She would always ask of my children  even throughout their adulthood, even attending some of their recognition and award  ceremonies. Just a beautiful person.

Lois was a beautiful person and a dear friend. She and I taught together from 1981 until she retired. I was young and inexperienced and she  took me under her wings. Her wingspan was wide. Our friendship blossomed. I will always cherish the relationship that we shared. I  will truly miss her fellowship, her laughter, her caring ways, and the wonderful person that she was. Mr. McWhorter, Derick,  grandsons, siblings  and extended family  you were her pride and joy.  Family meant the world  to her.  May you be comforted  and the blessings of the Lord be upon you today and always.
