Doris was preceded in death by her husbands, Bernice B. Tatum and Wilbur Winkles, and her daughter Kathy Tatum. She is survived by her 5 children Bruce, Brenda, Libby, Elaine and Gene: 13 grandchildren: 28 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Doris loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Rigby Street Baptist Church. Some of her passions were her dog, Teddy, War Eagles, Wheel of Fortune and Dominos. She was our Domino Queen. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rigby Street Baptist Church.
A visitation for Annie will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a celebration of life to follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home. A celebration of life graveside will occur Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery, Lapine, AL.
