Blake, Barrett Alan, age 6, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2012 in Birmingham at Children’s Hospital. Barrett attended kindergarten at Dalraida Elementary School. He is survived by his mother, Lindsay Blake Germany, step-father, James Germany; grandparents, Alan and Nancy Blake; great-grandmother, Sara Ford; aunts, Courtney (Randy) Crayne, Megan (George) Morse, uncle, Brian Blake and a very special cousin, Jack Morse. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Leak Memory Chapel at 2:00 pm, visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.
