Betty Cone Bryant

December 28, 1932 – August 1, 2016

Betty went to be with her Lord on August 1, 2016. She was born in Greenville, Alabama but was a long time resident of Montgomery, AL. Betty worked at Elmer Talent Insurance Agency for 35 years. She was predeceased by her parents Ina Herron Cone and Cleveland Eugene Cone, her husband Tommy K. Bryant, nine brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her loving son Claude Allen Ward, Jr and his wife Patricia, 2 grandchildren Claude Allen Ward III, and Loren Alisa Farquhar, 2 great grandchildren Crislen Isabelle Farquhar and Annabelle Katherine Farquhar. Betty, being next to the youngest of 12 children, it goes without saying had many nieces and nephews who loved her very much.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Hagood, Rick Cone, Gene Cone, Michael Cone, Brent Farthing, Roy Farthing, and Red Herron.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be held on Thursday August 4th at 11:00 am at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery with visitation at 10:00 am. Graveside service will immediately follow the Chapel service in Greenwood Cemetery. Pastor Rick Marshall will be officiating with songs by Linda Westbrook.
