

Betty Jo Wilson Traylor, 91, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 29, 2021. She was a faithful member of Dalraida Baptist Church where she was active in the WMU, a member of the Joy Sunday School Class, and for many years she was a Vacation Bible School volunteer. She retired from Brockway Glass Company. After her retirement she loved working part time at Cracker Barrel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Traylor; parents, Luther Wilson and Nettie Banks Wilson, and two brothers George Wilson and Bill Wilson.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy Traylor and his wife Dana, Knoxville, TN; Steve Traylor and his wife Debe Cain, of Pike Road, AL; seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by two brothers, Paul Wilson and his wife Elaine, and Allen Wilson; one sister, Bobbie Johnson.
A Celebration of Life Chapel Service will be held at Leak Memory Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 with Pastor Rick Evans officiating. Her eulogy will be given by her grandson, Tommy Traylor.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
A private family burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her memory to Dalraida Baptist Church.
