VALENTINE, Betty Owens, 71, passed away at a local hospital in Montgomery on December 30, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Valentine and her parents, J. D. & Viney Owens and 3 brothers: JW, Ralph and Lomax Owens. She is survived by her children: Jeannie Valentine Kersey (Phil); Patricia Valentine Dutton (Chris); grandchildren: Jesse William Hamby, Dana Louise Dutton and Emily Grace Dutton; brother, Jerry Owens; sisters: Helen Bynum, Ruby Bynum, Bobbie Myers, Willene Teate (Jimmy); and sister in law: Elaine Owens.
