Billy “Bill” Shirley of Prattville, AL, age 71, died May 28, 2013. Survived by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Johnston Shirley, son, Daniel Shirley, sisters, Terry Picardy and Cathy Wade. He was predeceased by parents, Clifton Shirley and Marie Baldy Shirley.
He was a member of the Prattville Church of Christ, Navy veteran, retiree of the Montgomery Fire Dept. and an avid Alabama Football fan.
Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday , June 1, 2013 at 11:00 am at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery, AL with Ministers Brent Missildine and Doug Smith officiating. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tallassee, AL.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Prattville Church of Christ mission fund or your favorite charity.
