Cameron Alexander Norred

Cameron Alexander Norred, a resident of Montgomery and Auburn, died Saturday, May 12th in an automobile accident near Auburn, AL. Born February 3, 1988, Cameron was an avid fisherman and hunting enthusiast. He was a 2006 graduate of Taylor Road Academy and was currently attending Southern Union State Community College. Cameron is survived by his parents, Larry and Virginia Norred of Montgomery; and his aunts and uncles, Gary and Lynn Norred, Claude and Beverly McCartney, and Hideko Norred of Montgomery; Max and Chris Alexander of Prattville and Dick and Jan Hamrick of Auburn. He is also survived by his cousins Jason (Lindsey) Norred, Katie (Gordon) Gaston, and Sydney McCartney of Montgomery, Catherine Alexander of Birmingham, John Alexander of Prattville, Rich (Ashley) Hamrick of Auburn and Will Hamrick of Nashville, TN

He was the grandson of the late Massie and Ruby Kathleen Norred of Montgomery and Max and Sybil Alexander of Goodwater, AL

The funeral will be held Tuesday, May 15th at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery at 2:30 p.m. with graveside services to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. Andy Hepburn, Senior Pastor of Taylor Road Baptist Church, will officiate. Visitation will be prior to the service.

Pall bearers will be Will Hamrick, Dick Hamrick, Rich Hamrick, Jimmy Perkins, Jason Norred, Kevin Holmgren, Chris Pendley and Keith Havron.
