Barbara "Carole" Kinard, age 93, died Monday January 5, 2026. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kinard and her son, Alan Kinard. Mrs. Kinard is survived by her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and also several great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Kinard was a decades long resident of Montgomery. She attended Cloverdale Junior High School and graduated from Sidney Lanier High School. She and Ed were married for 71 years. She was a kind, intelligent, wonderful, and loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.
A visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel, located at 945 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL, 36109, on January 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
