Dean was preceded in death by his parents, Earl H. and Ann Kelley and his wife, Cathie Kelley.
He is survived by his brother, David Kelley; his sister, Debra Stewart; his children, Sarah, Devin, and Brandon Kelley; his grandchildren, Bentley Hanger and Colt Kelley; his niece, Todi Whyte; and his great-niece, Vidalia Whyte.
He was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Rockford, AL. He was a great dad, brother, son and grandfather. He loved going fishing and working in his garden. He never met a stranger and conversations with him were never short. To know him is to love him.
