Dorothy Carr Talley, 94, of Montgomery Alabama, went to be with the Lord, August 1, 2016 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents; Jack and Florence Carr, her husband of 28 years, John Calvin Talley, a daughter; Mary Carrol and two sons; Mickey Talley and Jesse Talley. She is survived by her children; Jerry Mae Windsor (Jerry), Joe Talley (Marian), Terry Talley (Brenda), Tommy Talley (Shirley), 22 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 10:00 am til 11:00 am, with “Celebration of Life” at 11:00am at Leak Memory Chapel, with burial to follow at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her granddaughters; Pamela Nolan, Caroline Millette, Anita Kelley, Sherry white, Leslie Talley, Kathleen Talley, Lindsay Talley, and Celeste Talley.
