Elizabeth Osborne Thompson, 78, of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2025. She was born on November 1, 1946, in Montgomery, Alabama, to the late Lois King Osborne and Robert Webster Osborne. She is survived by cousins Jean Rae Cobb, Roberta Money, Alex King, God Children Anna Moseley, Luke Moseley, Grady Moseley, and Rusty Moseley.
Elizabeth was an active member of the Eastwood Presbyterian Church. She retired from the Montgomery Public Schools system as an assistant principal of Morningview Elementary, and she was an avid University of Alabama fan. Her compassion extended to her fur babies, Bama and Tide, whom she loved and cared for as devotedly as any mother.
A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Pallbearers are Brian Moseley, Grady Moseley, Greg Moseley, Luke Moseley, Rusty Moseley, and Larry Pugh.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Eastwood Presbyterian Church or Enhabit Hospice of Montgomery, earmarked in memory of Elizabeth Thompson.
