Elizabeth (Beth) Stillwell Wheeler, age 97 of Montgomery, passed away on January 30, 2017. Beth was born on May 25, 1919, grew up in Atlanta, GA and lived in Montgomery 75 years. She was a long-time member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Dr. Thomas Magruder Wheeler; her parents, Howard & Gertrude Stillwell; brothers, Nicholas & Howard Stillwell & grandson Russell Wheeler. Survivors are daughters Betsy Pittman & Marianne Gum (Keith); sons, Dr. Tommy Wheeler (Jane) & George Wheeler (Crystal); 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; brother, Fred Stillwell (Jane), Atlanta, GA. Graveside services will be on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 1:00PM at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Claude McRoberts officiating. Family and friends will gather at the gravesite.
