On July 23rd, Ernest Farrior Tompkins passed away. He is survived by his wife Margaret Meriwether Tompkins; his children, Ernest Farrior “Pete” Tompkins, Jr., Franklin Tompkins, Brenda Uptain, ; his sister, Margaret Rogers and Mannie Houlton; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 31, 2015 at 11:00am with Rev. Leonard Shults officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
