Frances Reed Springall, a long-time resident of Montgomery, Alabama, died February 21, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Francis S. Springall. Survivors include a daughter, Deanna Reed Springall; a son and daughter-in-law, Fred H. Springall and Susan H. Springall; two grandchildren, Dana Frances Springall Webster and Andrew (Drew) Arthur Springall; and two great-grandchildren, Benjamin Taylor Webster and Carolyn Scott Webster. Graveside services will be held in Fredericksburg, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:
