Harold Douglas Bowden, age 73, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Harold was born August 4, 1948 to James Ralph Bowden and Mattie Inella Hand Bowden. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Harold is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy Nelson Bowden; two sons, Kevin Bowden, Curtis Bowden and wife, Nina, all of Montgomery, AL; brother, James R. Bowden, Jr. and wife, Mary. Harold was a kind, intelligent,wise man with many varied interests and abilities, a man with many friends who lived life to the fullest. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Toastmasters and Data Processing Management Association. He retired from Alfa Insurance Company after 38 years of service.
