Helen V. Rambo

Helen V. Rambo, age 80, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Helen was born on April 8, 1944. She passed away peacefully on May 16, 2024, surrounded by loving family at Baptist East medical Center. She retired as manager of Dixie Dry cleaners after 20 years. Helen enjoyed gardening and flowers and spending time with her family and loving husband of over 45 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents Malcolm and Virginia Sides; sister Dean Peacock ; brothers Danny Sides, Harold Sides and James Sides.

She is survived by her loving husband Lamar Rambo; sons Jeff and Chris Rambo; grandchildren Bradley, Khodi, Justin and Sparkle Rambo ; great grandchildren Jackson and Jason Rambo; sisters Alberta Lewis and Ruth Bridgman; brother David Sides and a host of other nieces nephews relatives and friends.

A family and friends visitation for Helen will be held Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel. A celebration of life chapel service will occur Monday, May 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM. A graveside committal service will occur Monday, May 20, 2024.
