Helene Georgette Thompson

Helene Georgette Bernard Thompson, age 86, passed away peacefully on Feb 9, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of St. Bedes Catholic Church which brought her much joy. She also enjoyed a fellowship with a group of ladies from the church. Spending time with her devoted husband, children and grandchildren was the most important thing in her life. Her passions were cooking, baking, knitting and needlepoint. She was also a very talented seamstress. Helene enjoyed being involved with the Humane Society and French Club. She was preceded in death by her parents Georges and Henriette Bernard and a sister Jeanette Trubert.

She leaves a loving husband of 67 years Carroll Thompson; daughters Patricia (David) Dew and Sandra (Robert) Tucker; Grandchildren Carroll Ryan Morrow, Sarah Dicks, and Kelly Norman; Great grandchildren Kylie Morrow, Kayden Morrow and Bryleigh Dicks.

A Private Family Celebration of Life at a Graveside service will be Wednesday 2pm at Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Montgomery Humane Society and American Red Cross in her honor.
