There will always be a special place in our hearts for Jacob. He was such a part of our lives since the boys were young. We have wonderful memories and he was the best friend Patrick could have had. He showed us his friendship again and again. He learned that from Kim and Louie who have always been so supportive of Patrick also. His heart was big and he was so loyal.
