Janice Wheeler, age 71, a resident of Wetumpka AL passed away June 7, 2011 under hospice at Baptist East from a long term illness. She is in Heaven holding hands with grandchildren Leslie Zickefoose, Dale Owens, and great grandchild Aiden James. She is survived by her sons, Charles W. Wheeler, and Allen Owens with wife Shelia; daughters, Betty A. Zickefoose with her husband Leslie, and Deborah J. Evans; grandchildren, Orry, Jake, and Reece Zickafoose, Brandon Owens, and David with wife Ashlea and Joshua Evans, and her two great grandchildren, Olivia and Tristen Evans. The visitation will be held Saturday, June 11th from 5:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home, and the funeral service will be Sunday, June 12th at 3:30 pm. at Leak-Memory Chapel.
