Benton, Jean Constance, 87, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:00AM at Leak Memory Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The family will also receive friends at 325 Mitchell Creek Ridge, Wetumpka, AL, at 1:00PM on Saturday. Mrs. Benton loved to knit, crochet, shopping and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Levis A. Benton. Mrs. Benton is survived by her children, Barbara Benton, Ray and Kathy Benton, Sid and Ivy Dawn Benton, Lorraine Felts, Rhonda and Craig Romager, Brandy and Paul Brand; sisters, Renee Tidball and Anne Bedford; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and her best friend, Beryl McKenzie. The family wishes to thank the staff of Jackson Hospital and Ivy Creek Hospice for the loving care they gave to Mrs. Benton.
