Jeffery Alan Foshee, 54, an attorney in Montgomery, AL passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 28, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Gayrene Fowler Foshee; his daughter, Marissa Lynae Foshee; his mother, Dalene King Foshee; and his brother, John Morgan Foshee, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Leak-Memory Chapel with Dr. M. Steve Heartsil and Dr. Earl Hall officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
