Mr. John T. Moseley

John was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will always be remembered as a kind, gentle, sensitive, and loving person who always carried a positive attitude. His walk with the Lord was an inspiration to us all. He enjoyed being very active with his church and always ready to visit those in the hospital. He loved square dancing, playing cards and dominos, talking sports, and watching the grandchildren play whatever sport was in season.

John is preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Elizabeth Moseley. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Loretta; his children, Stephen (Melanie) Moseley, Stacy (J.B.) Martin, Debbie (Robert) Carswell, and Stephanie Moseley; his grandchildren, Meagan and Blake Harper, Ryann Moseley, Charles and Meredith Moseley, Ashley and Brooks Martin IV, Katelyn and Madelyn Carswell; his brother, James (Sandy), and a host of friends.

Pall Bearers will be Lawrence Clark, Bill Lockhart, Clarence Wood, Van Johnson, Eddie Helms, John Ervin, Doug Jones, and Bert Pitts. Honorary Pall Bearers will be the Catoma Baptist Church Deacon Body.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, March 13, at Leak Memory Chapel with Bro. Gary Miller, Bro. Chad Underwood, and Bro. Mark Raughton officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Tuesday evening. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.leak-mc.com
