Larry is survived by his wife, Connie Goodwin; his son, Billy Ladon Goodwin (Fiance'- Alice Meeks); his brother, Frank Goodwin; sister-in-law, Lisa Goodwin; his brother, Gene Goodwin; sister-in-law, Elisabeth Goodwin; his brother, Tommy Goodwin; sister-in-law, Minako Goodwin; his sister, Linda Grice; and brother-in-law, William Grice; a brother in law; Roger Hooker (Gail), his grandsons; Adam Edward Vaun, Ryan Kelly Goodwin and Nicholas Ladon Goodwin, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Specialist (E4) Goodwin served our country in the Army during the Vietnam war. He became an owner/operating truck driver. A sibling said, "Trucking was his job but motorcycling was his love."
A visitation for Larry will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM and a committal service will follow at 2:00 PM at the National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy. 119, Montevallo, AL 35115.
