Hill, Luther Kellis a resident of Montgomery died on Thursday, March 19, 2015. Funeral service will be held 11 AM on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Leak Memory Chapel with Dr. Rick Marshall and Larry Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Mr. Hill proudly served his country in the US. Air Force from June of 1947- February 1970. He served overseas during the Korean Conflict and the Berlin Airlift Crisis. After retiring from the Air Force he worked in the insurance industry for 14 years. He is survived by two sons; Steven and David Hill, granddaughter, Sarah Kristine Hill, 2 daughters-in-law, Susan Hill and Laima Hill and 1 sister-in-law, Lena Beatrice Hill. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be nephews of Mr. Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Armstrong Sunday School from Eastern Hills Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel. The family wishes to thank Annette Tillery for her care and support.
