Mila Ruth Beasley

BEASLEY, Mila Ruth (Grandma Beasley), born 4 April, 1921, and passed away on 7 August, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Beasley, daughter, Ruthie Spears, granddaughter, Robin Spears Rogers.

She is survived by two daughters, Frances Wingard and Shirley Roberson (Dave). She was also survived by her sister, Jeanette Moseley, and brother, David Kiser. Surviving grandchildren are Brenda, Glenda (Doug), Rodney, Susie, Jackie (JJ) (Rick), Andrew (Christina), Sheila, Traci, Scott, Mike (Ann Marie). Great-Grandchildren, Michael (Chris), Joe, Thomas, Emily, Tisha, Mary Catherine, Cameron Ruth, Spencer, Stuart, Summer (Andy) Ben, Justin, Kayla, Michael, David. Great-Great-Grandchildren, Aubrey, Bentley, Brody and Lane; as well as many special nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Beasley was retired from Brockway Glass Factory. There is no way to express the LOVE she had for her family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Doug Watson, Rick Ferguson, Carl Moseley, John (Bubba) Perrett, Scott Roberson, Chad Buckles.

A Celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Leak Memory Chapel with Mr. Paul Perrett (nephew) officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery on Highway 331 south of Highland Home, in Crenshaw Co.
