Patricia Ann Alford

A visitation is set for 10:00 am at Thorington Road Baptist Church on Friday, February 12, 2021 which will be followed by an 11:00 am Funeral Service. A graveside will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Livestream of the funeral service will be available through the Leak Memory Chapel Facebook page.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Doris Wright and brother, Billy J. Owens. Mrs. Alford is survived by her husband of 58 years, Grady E. Alford; her daughter, Donna Alford (Douglas) Crouse; and grandchildren Justin D. (Ann Marie) Crouse and Krista L. Crouse, and great granddaughter, Riley Jane Crouse. She leaves behind nieces and nephews Tammy (Keith) Thornton, John Thornton, Joanna (Danny) Burkett, Brooke Burkett, Taylor Burkett to cherish her memory.

Nana loved children and delighted in keeping her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a pink lady (Auxiliary Lady) at Baptist South for over 10 years. She loved to travel but when home, she liked to garden, work in her flower bed and cook for her family. The family is especially grateful to Kindred Hospice and their care, particularly, nurse Ella and caregiver Patricia Hall.
