Pauline Walker

Pauline Brook Walker of Montgomery, AL was born September 13, 1927 in Andalusia, AL to the late Trammel H. and Annie Thompson Brook. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, William “Bill” Brook, Arthur A. (“A.T”) Brook, daughter Rebecca Bernadette Harris and her granddaughter, Kristy Harris Phillips Hood.

After graduating from Andalusia High in 1944 she married her life love, James B. Walker on August 11, 1945 and moved to Montgomery.

She loved her children and devoted her life to God and her family. Pauline is survived by her sister, Betty Jean Brown, her son, James B. Walker, Jr, daughters, Charlotte Hummel, Kathy Anderson and Joanne Bogard. She enjoyed all of her grand-children, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She will be missed by her grandchildren, Wendy Thrash, Mark Harris, Jimmy Walker, Jaylene Walker, David Dunn, Kevin Dunn, Leslie Benton, Melissa Sebesta, Kim Taylor, Nicholas Jones and Elizabeth Arteaga.

Pauline loved children; she was a wonderful mother to 5, who added, 12 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren to her legacy.
