Damon, this is Joyce Barron from the HP KY Account. I am sorry to hear about your Dad. I know you have peace knowing you did all you could to care for him. You have played a hard but very important role in your Dad's life as a caregiver.  May God comfort your heart and give you peace in the coming days.

Damon - I am so sorry to learn about Paul.  I met him at the Grief Support Group in about 2006.  He was so enjoyable to be with and was such a Southern Gentleman.  He always looked forward to Mass with you at St. Bede's every Sunday.  My prayers are with you and your family at this time.

Mr. Dipofi was like family. He was always lending a hand and truly cared about the feelings of everyone around him. I can still see him at the backdoor coming over for coffee and good conversation. He never knew how much light he brought to many just by his visits. Rest in peace.

David & Damon: Your Dad has meant a lot to me over the years. From my first day at Baptist in 1976; he was not only a mentor to me, but a close friend. I remember when he would enter an elevator at Baptist Hospital with a number of strangers, pull out his tape measure and say "I wonder how long it is until quitting time?" I will never forget your Dad or your Mom. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

My heart goes out to you during this time. Now Mom and Dad along with your Mother and Dad are all back together. Mom and Dad loved Uncle Paul and Aunt Deborah so much. I remember when Mom and Dad moved to Wetumpka Mom's greatest loss was living across the street from them. They will always be remembered and loved so much  and we will join them one sweet day. Mr. Paul was a sweetheart and will be greatly missed by all.  I remember the first time I met him.  He made a crack about my dogs being good catfish bait, and I knew right then and there we would be great pals!

Paul always made us smile and laugh.  He was such a loving man and will be greatly missed.  He is with his love now and seeing the photos brought back so many great memories.  Paul found Stretch's first construction job at Baptist Hospital. Him and Warren are probably telling old jokes again, did you hear the one about the guy who lost his chewing gum.....  He is in a much better place and we will see him again soon.

So sorry to hear about Paul.  I will always have good memories of all of you.  I regret that I can not be there with you at this time.  I am with you in spirit at all times.

I will always love and remember Mr. DiPofi! He is with his sweet wife and many friends in heaven now! I think of the DiPofi's everytime I eat their famous Pasta-va-zoo!!
