Randall Wiley Allen, 84 of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on September 3, 2022. Randall was born on October 16, 1938 in Lisman, Alabama. After graduating from Choctaw High School, he moved to Montgomery and joined the US Army and was stationed in Scotland. While in Scotland Randall became interested in Black Angus cows and learned as much as he could about them. Upon his return to Montgomery he went to work for the Alabama Department of Agriculture and bought his own Black
