He was preceded in death by his parents, James Clyde and Arra Love Griffin; and two brothers, James Clyde Griffin, Jr., and Edwin Wood Griffin.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Pryor Griffin; son, Terrell Griffin; and sister, Betty (Billy) Langley.
The graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 21, 2015 at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery with Pastor Gary Burton officiating. The visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, prior to the service, at Leak Memory Chapel. Leak Memory Chapel is directing.
