Wynne, Ruby Elizabeth Wooten, 93, of Montgomery, AL passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012 following a brief illness. Born and raised in Shelby County, AL, she moved to Montgomery in 1942. She was a retired Proofreader from Paragon Press and volunteered her services as an elections poll worker. She had attended Trinity Memorial Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lucille Wooten, her sister, Mallye Parrish, her husband, Joseph B. Wynne and her son, Charles E. Floyd. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Wray of Victorville, CA, daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Warren Kelly of Smyrna, GA, sister-in-law, Jenifer Floyd, Austin, Texas; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 11:00 with Rev. Stan Holt officitaing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
