Sherri Jean Cross-Lunsford

Sherri Jean Cross-Lunsford, 59, passed away on December 28, 2020. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Always the social butterfly, she enjoyed caring for her extended family and put everyone above herself. Sherri was a graduate of the Robert E. Lee High School class of 1980, and an avid Alabama football fan. Other hobbies she loved were gardening, cooking, baking, and shopping. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene O. Cross; and her grandparents, Houston & Annie Cross and Horace & Emma Kelley. Survivors include her husband, Kevin Lunsford; daughters, Kelli Fulmer (Tony), April Aguilar; grandchildren, Samantha Albin, Lauren Aguilar, Mark Tamimi, Abel Fulmer; mother, Juanita Cross; sister, Angie Cagle (Patrick); and mother-in-law, Barbara Lunsford.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Snowdoun, Alabama. Pallbearers will be Tony Fulmer, Patrick Cagle, Jon Thompson, and Jason Carmack.
