Sherry was a strong and dedicated Christian, who loved the Lord deeply. She proudly founded and ran a ministry called “Alive Again Ministries.” Her ministry focused on helping broken women find God’s love, to help heal from the wounds of abortion and the wounds created by sexual abuse. She wrote a Bible study called, “A Journey to Life.” She was extremely passionate about this ministry, as she herself was post-abortive, and she wanted other women to experience the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ! She lived out every word she taught in her Bible study, which is what made her work so meaningful and powerful. She will be remembered for her love for Jesus and her desire to help others experience His love!
Sherry’s second love was her family. She was the center of her family and their sense of tradition. She was an amazing mother to three daughters Sandy, Shea, and Sommer. She loved and adored all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They all have wonderful memories of the talks, love, gifts, and card games she spent hours playing with them. She will be greatly missed by many, for countless reasons. She lost her life after a long battle with diabetes and kidney disease on July 28, 2025. She has gone to be with the Lord, her “Daddy”, and daughter Shea and granddaughter Ashton Olivia.
